Today is Mental Health Awareness Day.
This year MPG have thought a little more about how we feel and how our colleagues and those we affect are feeling and hopefully made a positive difference.
We continue to support the Mates In Mind Campaign and incorporate Mental Health and Wellbeing in to our corporate culture and recognise the need for change.
All MPG managers have partaken in a Mates In Mind Conversation and discussed the issues with all employees.
Today we are concentrating on talking about mental health, where to get help and time management tips designed to reduce stress.
More information is available on the Mates in Mind Website - www.matesinmind.org/
Meanwhile we can look forward to the day when it is as easy to confront illnesses like depression and severe stress as it is to talk about a sprained ankle.
