MPG is delighted to be awarded the next phase of the St George Fulham Reach riverside development. This marks our third project on this prestigious scheme, comprising 92 apartments and four townhouses. Many of our original team members are excited to be back, continuing our strong working relationship with St George.

Our scope of work includes SFS, Dry Lining, and Screeding, with a contract value of £2.3M.

With 70% of the SFS already completed, the project is progressing smoothly, thanks to the dedication of both MPG & St George team—especially Ilie, Aisha, Eric, Etem, Conor, Shey and Stuart—who bring a wealth of experience from previous collaborations.

The MPG team is focused and energised as we strive to improve upon our previous achievement of recording the lowest director snags ever on a Berkeley scheme in the last phase. We are committed to our “Target Zero Snags” philosophy—identifying potential quality issues early and implementing strategies to achieve a right-first-time approach.
