The MPG graduate programme is looking for highly motivated, innovative and talented graduates who would like to develop a career in the construction industry. The programme is dedicated to developing the successful candidates in mapping out a long term career in a fast growing business, and obtaining skills and experience having worked in different key areas within the company.

Over an 18 month period you will have three 6 month placements in various departments involving Quantity Surveying, Project delivery/ operations along with Estimating. Each placement will provide the individual with transferrable skills and experience and with the assistance of an experienced Mentor who will oversee the development needs and ensure that all training requirements are achieved.

The objective of the programme is to provide the successful candidate with an insight into an area of the business that would enable them to develop a long term career within the company. The programme will be based at our UK Office in London with frequent visits to our projects throughout the UK.
